Before you begin
Questions? Start here.
Know what to expect before you apply to a Kaarvan program.
Do I need an account to apply?
No. The public registration form is available without signing in. Enrolled trainees use the trainee portal after admission and account access.
Can I register from my phone?
Yes. Registration works on phone and desktop, with English and Urdu options. Drafts stay in the same browser session; attach documents again and confirm consent before submitting.
Which district registration link should I use?
Use the link shared by the Kaarvan program team. A universal link shows the available programs and districts; a district-specific link limits registration to that district.
Does submitting an application confirm my seat?
No. Staff review eligibility and documents before admission. Seat availability shown during registration is informational until enrolment.
How do I attend a session?
Admitted trainees find scheduled dates, times and approved meeting links in their portal. Session arrangements depend on the program. Opening a link does not by itself record attendance.
Will I receive a certificate?
Certificates depend on the program’s published requirements, staff approval and issuance. Registration or a link click alone does not establish certificate eligibility.
How can I correct my information?
Once you have portal access, use Support & corrections. Before admission, contact the Kaarvan program team using its published contact information and quote your application reference.
